Do I keep my credits if I change plans?
Yes. When you upgrade or downgrade, your unused credits come with you and are added to the new plan's monthly allowance.

Yes. When you switch plans on the Plans page, your unused credits carry over to the new plan, so you never lose what you already have.
Your new plan's monthly credits are added on top. Click Upgrade or Downgrade and approve the change in Shopify to switch.
