Can Blogger publish to more than one blog?
Yes. Choose the blog for each Quick Post, and set a blog for each agent. Many stores run one agent per blog or one agent per language.

Yes. Each post goes to the blog you choose. In Quick Post, pick it in the Organization card. In New Agent, the Blog field is required for every agent.
A common setup is one agent per blog, for example a weekly News agent and a monthly Guides agent, or one agent per language.
