Do I need writing skills to use Blogger?
No. Blogger writes the whole article. You choose a source and settings, and in Quick Post you can edit the title, outline, and text if you like.

Not at all. Blogger writes the full article for you. You pick a topic source, a language, a tone, and a length.
If you want more control, Quick Post lets you edit the Title and Outline before writing, and the full article in an editor before you click Publish. Agents publish without any editing at all.
