Retry a failed or cancelled task

Use Retry task to send a failed or cancelled task back to the queue after fixing the cause.

If a task shows Failed or Cancelled, you can run it again without creating a new agent.

Steps

  • Fix the cause first. The most common one is insufficient credits: upgrade, buy a credit pack, or wait for your monthly reset
  • In History, open the task's Actions menu
  • Choose Retry task and confirm

You see Task queued for retry, and the task returns to Pending. It runs as soon as the queue is free and uses credits only for the parts it completes. If it fails again for an unclear reason, contact support with the task ID.
