Cancel or delete a recurring agent

Stop future runs from the Scheduled Task Automations card in History. Published posts are not affected.

Recurring agents are listed in History in the Scheduled Task Automations card, with the Recurrence Pattern, Next Run Date, and a status of Active, Finished, Canceled, or Inactive.

Stop an agent

  • Open the Actions menu on the agent's row
  • Choose Cancel recurring task to stop future runs
  • Or choose Delete recurring task to remove it

Both actions cannot be undone. Posts already published stay on your blog. To change a schedule, cancel the agent and create a new one with the settings you want.
