Why does my post have no featured image?
No suitable image was found or created, so the post was published without one. Add a featured image in Shopify admin in a few clicks.

Sometimes no matching stock photo is found for a topic, and the post is published without a featured image. History shows No image on its card. With AI images, agents fall back to a web image when the AI image fails.
Open the article with Edit in Shopify and upload an image with alt text.
