If no matching image was found, the post is published without one. Add an image in Shopify admin.
Blogger always tries to add a featured image, but sometimes it cannot:
- With Existing web images, no suitable stock photo may be found for the topic
- With AI generated images, agents fall back to a web image if the AI image fails or fewer than 5 credits remain
When no image is available, the post is still published, and History shows No image on its card.
How to fix it
- Open the article with Edit in Shopify or from Blog posts in Shopify admin
- Upload a featured image and add alt text
In Quick Post, wait for Preparing your featured image to finish before you publish.
