Can an agent publish every Monday?
Yes. Schedule the first run on a Monday and choose the Weekly pattern. Each run follows seven days after the previous one.

Yes. Choose Schedule this task to run later and set the first run on a Monday at the time you want. Then turn on Make this task repeat in the future and choose Weekly.
Weekly runs repeat seven days after the previous run, so starting on a Monday keeps every post on Mondays.
