The featured image in Quick Post

Blogger Quick Post

Blogger adds a featured image from web images, AI generation, or your selected catalog products.

The Image card shows the featured image for your article. Where it comes from depends on your choices:

  • Existing web images: Blogger finds a matching stock photo. This uses 2 credits
  • AI generated images: Gemini creates an original image for the article. This uses 5 credits
  • Feature Products or Feature Collections: Blogger uses an image from one of your selected products, at no extra cost

While the image is created you see Preparing your featured image. You can post as soon as this is complete. AI images can take a little longer than web images. You can change the featured image later in Shopify admin.
