Prepare your Shopify blog before you start

Blogger Getting started

Blogger publishes into an existing Shopify blog. Check that you have one and decide where posts should go.

Blogger publishes articles into a blog that already exists in your store. It does not create blogs for you.

Check your blogs

  • In Shopify admin, go to Online Store and open Blog posts
  • Use Manage blogs to see the blogs your store has, or create a new one
  • Make sure the blog is linked from your theme navigation so shoppers can find it

Choose a destination in Blogger

In Quick Post, pick the blog in the Organization card. In New Agent, the Blog field is required. If your store has no blog, Quick Post shows: No blogs were found for this store. Please create a blog in your Shopify admin first, then return here to post an article.
