How many credits does an agent run use?

Each agent post uses 7 credits with a web image or 10 with an AI generated image.

An agent run creates one post, and credits are used as each part is completed.

  • Article: 5 credits
  • Featured image from existing web images: 2 credits
  • AI generated featured image: 5 credits

So a post costs about 7 credits with web images, or 10 credits with AI images.

Before writing

The agent checks your balance first. It needs at least 7 credits with web images, or 5 with AI images. If you have fewer, the run fails with an insufficient credits error. With AI images, if fewer than 5 credits remain after the article, the agent uses a web image instead.
